Balance of purchase price to be paid in full with certified funds upon closing and delivery of deed. Closing to take place on or before June 15, 2023. Closing fees to be shared equally between Buyer and Seller. Buyer title insurance for the account of the buyer. All Real Estate taxes shall be prorated as of May 3, 2023. Full possession to be given upon closing.
