Rail Siding: The facility is serviced by UP Railroad. The rail siding is owned by seller. Closing fees to be shared equally between Buyer and Seller. Buyer title insurance for the account of the buyer. All Real Estate taxes shall be prorated as of May 24, 2023. Full possession to be given upon closing.
