3 - Quonset Buildings
Approx. 60' x 100' hoop buildings, concrete floors, each has an Adams 14' dry product hopper, slatted chain floors that move product to 18" drag conveyor that moves product to process building, each building has its own control room.
Process Building
Approx. 45' x 70' metal frame, metal clad building, all concrete floor and insulated, state of the art components, (2) Bliss model 200B pelleting mills, each with (2) 200HP electric motors, capable of 10 ton/hour depending on the product, Bliss model ESCMA-A60 hammer mill, rebuilt rollers, 350HP electric motor, cooler and shaker are fed by 50' leg, there is approx. 60' Universal receiving leg to move product to outside holding bins, control room as well is state of the art, computer controls run by WonderWare software, Allen Bradley control panels and fire control throughout, process building is set up for 1 person operation.
Loadout Building
Approx. 110' x 110' metal frame, metal clad building with 16' sidewalls, 3 overhead doors, components are: Jiffy custom shreader, Deweze model EC266 grinder with 35' x 36" conveyor, balance of building is for dry product storage, dry product can be moved from here to process building by drag conveyor or air.
Warehouse Building
Approx. 60' x 200' metal frame, metal clad building, 50' x 60' processing area on west end is insulated and has components of bagging line setup with overhead hopper, there is also a test room facility with CPM pellet mill, hammer mill for testing of various products, testing components air pneumatic controlled, there is a storage room/work area off the test room, balance of this building is product storage with (3) dock doors for loadout.
2 Finished Product Bins
(2) Titan 120 ton product hopper bottom bins, there is also a loadout leg, pneumatic and cyclone product moving are both possible to/from these bins, there are also (5) smaller steel bins on site east of the office, these are approx. 3500 bushel.
