KSI 4808 NGA Seed Treater (ES179), CONVEYORS; (1) 10inx21ft with 7.5hp, 3 phase motor, collapsible 30in hopper, air tensioner, with discharge spout, (1) 10inx19ft with 7.5 hp, 3 phase motor, collapsible 30in hopper, air tensioner, and stationary stand, (1) 10inx32ft with 7.5 hp, 3 phase motor, 30in collapsible hopper, air tensioner, on wheels. STAND ALONE AUTO-TREAT AUTOMATION SYSTEM; 1/3 phase, 240 volts, 100 amps, soft start for motors, brains for the scale, automation for pump stands and drum, 3-pump stands all with dual head pumps and screens, 3- flow meters, (2) NEW flow meters, 3- 10.7 gallon per minute recirculating/transfer pump and hoses, (2) mix stands (1) 20 gallon (1) 15 gallon, with 1hp 120-volt motor 114 rpm mixing blade, (2) 15 gallon chemical tanks with metal stands, (1) box stand, use to unload hard boxes and control flow of Mini-Bulk bags, Central Control Screen that runs on Windows, (1) 240 unit bin scale with 4 cell loads, ALL ABOVE ITEMS WERE PURCHASED NEW IN SPRING 2021.
Notes: Since spring of 2021, the system has had 25,000 units of soybeans and 10,000 units of wheat run through it. This system has always been winterized, conveyors are kept inside when not in use. This complete until has been winterized which is why there are no hoses attached to the system, unit comes with (1) NEW 100ft box of tubing plus approximately 50ft of loose hose. Also includes several fittings, extra hose pumps, and a Brother inkjet printer. The seller wants to scale back operations. IF THE BUYER WISHES, SELLER WILL PAY FOR KSI TO COME TEACH YOU HOW TO USE THIS SYSTEM. Seller will assist with the loading, all wires and plugs will be marked as to where they go to re-install the system.
